In addition to learning practical self defense techniques, our adults classes are great for getting exercise. Most adults want a great workout but also want to do something different than going to the gym. Martial arts is a great way to increase muscle tone, endurance, flexibility, and overall health.
Typical adults classes include learning or reviewing self defense techniques, practicing kicks and hand strikes from our Bok Fu system. We also incorperate kickboxing techniques and grappling techniques in order to provide a well rounded self defence curriculum.
Teens and adults that are enrolled in the Bok Fu Kenpo program also recieve Special Weapons & Tactics class at no extra charge.
